This public website provides information about Overwatch Trax products and services, and allows visitors to enquire about availability. It is not an online checkout.

Product information

Product features, tracking hardware, installation requirements, compatibility, service coverage, subscriptions and prices will be confirmed before a customer order. Images and dashboard screens may be illustrative. Availability can vary according to device, vehicle, network connectivity and the account setup.

No emergency response or guaranteed security

Group SOS sends notifications to trusted connected members; it does not automatically notify emergency services. Vehicle tracking is an awareness and assistance tool, not a guarantee against theft, loss or harm. In an emergency, call 999 directly.

Using tracking lawfully

You must have the appropriate authority and lawful basis to track a person or vehicle. Do not use a tracking product for unlawful surveillance. Location-sharing and account access should be managed responsibly and transparently.

Website information and links

We aim to keep the site accurate and secure, but demonstration visuals should not be interpreted as live tracking data. This website may link to a separate customer application or third-party resources which may have their own terms.

Commercial terms

A purchase, subscription or service arrangement will be governed by the terms provided to the customer when an order is accepted. An enquiry does not place an order or obligate either party to complete a purchase.
